I asked for an overlay, and this is my first time coming here. I paid $51 for something I could have done myself. I’m glad I’m going into the nail tech business because this was unacceptable. Never going back, S&H nails is right up the street and they do a great job, only went to this location because S&H was closed. Never again. I went to the desk that said “Amy.” I was so upset that I decided not to get my toes done, doing them myself.
Things have really changed in a year. Service has gone done. I asked for Almond Shaped Tips and the service horrible. My nail even had a dent in it so I had to go back. Pictures below.
I Absolutely Love their services. The staff is very Friendly & thorough. I Love the different spa pedicure treatments they offer. I feel safe while I’m in there. They buzz their clients in. I highly recommend Ultra nails????????
I love Ultra Nail Studio. They go above and beyond for their clients. Manicures last very long. I went a month and a half b4 i went today because i work a lot. All I had was new growth but nothing was wrong with my dipped ombre nails. I got the gel chrome nails today. I loved how they came out. I highly recommend this nail salon.
I have been going to this nail salon for about 8 years never had a problem. Loyal customer. I had to reschedule two recent appointments, which I did days ahead of time because of a new work schedule. Now they're saying I can't schedule any more appointments ahead of time because I canceled too many times. I've never not shown up. Nevered rescheduled before. I always tip well. I really liked my nail technician but now I feel foolish for recommending people to go here if I've been going for about 8 years and they don't care if they lose my business. I guess they figure they have more than enough others that will come spend their money, be loyay customers, then get tossed like yesterdays old news.I guess jthey just don't care. Pretty sad.
Love getting my nails done here! If I go during the week I make my appointment for early and I'm in and out and if I go on the weekend I go early and again I'm in and out. The staff is very nice and the service is Amazing I have never left unsatisfied with my nails
I went yesterday for a gel pedicure (5/19/2022). Friendly service and quick as well but the only thing I don’t care for is the fact that it seems like every time I go there the price increases. I get nothing complicated, Just a plain gel pedi and was charged 50 dollars. I recommend my friend to go today (5/20/2022) and was upset to learn that she got the same thing as I did and was charged 60! How embarrassing! She told me that she would never go there again.
Im So Upset. My Nails Are Lumpy The Refill Isnt Even A Refill.. My Acrylic Is A Mess The Polish Is A Mess. I Cant Began To Explain How Annoyed I Am. Im Calling Today To See What Can Be Done. I Shouldve Never Tipped That Kind Of Work However i Did Because i Believe In Tipping And i Also Believe The Women Doing My Nails Didnt Want To Put Effort In Because She Assumed She Wouldnt Be Tipped. Rude. Never In My Life Have i Had To Sit In A Nail Salon Chair And See A Sign Saying "Tip 15-20% Cash" Who The Hell Are You. Pissed Pissed Pissed!! Anddd i Actually Wanted More Done To My Nails But Didnt Wanna Ask Because i Sensed Attitude. The Purple Glitter Nails Are Lumpy As Hell And Partically Painted ( Missing Paint On The Sides ) This Paint All Over My Cuticles So Sloppy And Annoying To Look At. Im Sickened.
Edit Experience : I Totally Raised Hell. And i Feel Pretty Bad. I Am Very Big On My Personal Hygiene Which Includes My Nails. I Went Back And The Owner Was Amazingly Kind After My Huge Fit. He Redid My Nails For Absolutely Free. Its Been A Week And My Nails Look Good. Im Happy With The Results. Kind Man And Definitely Respect And Appreciate How He Handled My Complaint. The Women Who Did My Nails Was Also On The New Side.
On Another Edit .. I Got My Nails Done About 3 Weeks Ago Now Any They're Holding Good. Time To Get A Refill..... From My Normal Shop Though.
