Felicia is the best!!! She primarily deals with natural nails but she's amazing. She is very thorough and actually listens to the customers. She remembers my bunnies names and ask questions about my events. She goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable "me day" experience.
Love this place diamond was my first nail tech but all the nail techs have amazing customer service and always very kinda nails are always on point wether it’s diamond or not pricing is great, relaxing environment as well
I’ve been going to T-Nails for a while and I’m never disappointed. The wait time, location, price, and customer service is always GREAT!!! T does my nails and I always LOVE THEM! Be sure to check them out you won’t be disappointed ????
T did my nails ???? at hisMom's salon in Lithonia bc regular nail tech was on vacay & he done stole me!???? ???? ???? I got the S&S powder with the sumitra dazzling gel on top & Bay-bey my nails are giving !!! I'm going back to get the same thing on my feets!
I got these done 6 hours ago , all I did was pick up my charger and my nail came off !!
My first time visiting the shop was in November 2020 ( I have been back three times ????). They exceeded my expectations! Never judge a book by its cover, this is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, professional, the place is clean and well put together. The lady who did my manicure oh man! She massaged my hand soooo good ( learned she is the owner t's wife) the women who did my feet oooohhhhh best massage at a nail spa I have had in a really long time. I was able to get my nails done my the owner T's mother and hands down she is all around a sweet women and knows her stuff. My last few times have been a bit of a wait but for the quality it has been worth it. If you are pressed for time I would recommend calling before you go to check wait.
Never again. Unprofessional is an understatement. I went in on a Sunday around 5pm. There were 4 techs working. One lady had been waiting she said for an hour. I needed my nails done so I decided to wait. About 30 to 40 minutes after I was waiting another patron came in. She said she needed one nail repaired. The lady who was there before me was seated and started getting her nails done. After she finished, T, the tech proceeded to get up, buff and shape his nails, then leave. I asked him if he'd be doing my nails...and he tells me he has a wedding and the other techs could do them because they were almost done with their clients. I asked how long...15 minutes. He then left. So I waited( Big mistake. I should have left). I did get seated about 15 minutes later. One tech started my toes, while another started on my hands. The one on my nails applied some remover and proceeded to do the nails of the woman who said she wanted one repair. My toes are completed...and without a word the tech who did my toes packs her things and leaves. So I'm like...who is going to do my nails? The tech who started mine...was doing a complete fill-in and design on the customer who originally stated she just had one repair. Really??? I'd been there at this point 2 hours without complete service. The customer who wanted one repair (and came about 40 minutes after me) should have had to wait if she changed her mind about what she wanted. The tech kept telling me to wait 2 minutes...no I'm done. I paid for my toes and left. I will NEVER patronize this place again.
They always take their time with my nails and I get what I ask for. I'm hard to please when it comes to my nails and I am pleased every time.
