I went in today to get nails done which I normally don’t do because I am a hairstylist. I decided to treat myself today and I had a young man by the name of Leo who made my experience not welcoming at all!
- Each question I asked him about what shape he suggested based on my hand shape was either with a laugh or whatever you want to do. I even tried to engage in conversation and you could tell he didn’t want to speak to me, which is okay so I just stayed quiet. The customer service deserves a 1 start. I only gave 3 because my nails came out good based on the places I’ve went too since I moved here. I also still tipped based on the total price. First time writing a review because I did not enjoy my experience at all!
Please do better greeting and speaking to all type of guest who walk inside of your salon Leo!
I've been coming to nails and noble spa for about 3 years now , and I have yet to have a negative experience. They are WONDERFUL !! Pricing is worth the quality time and work that is put into every appointment. My gel manicures last me over 3 weeks ! ( if I really wanted too , I just like changing my nails often) I even posted an after and before pic just to show how much my mani held up. Every nail tech there is great - I highly recommend.
The ambiance at the salon is so nice. I actually feel relaxed when I get my nails done. Most importantly they do great work! Everyone that works here is so kind & does good work. Totally recommend!
As a man, it’s hard to find a good spot to groom. I went in because it looked clean and the reviews weren’t bad. Went in for a pedicure and manicure. Wasn’t a great job and the 15 second foot and hand massage was laughable which is the main reason I go in besides hygiene. They rushed me out so fast without much conversation. Then when they asked me cash or credit I said cash. He wrote on the check and kept it the same amount like I couldn’t see it! I’d steer clear of this spot especially if you’re a guy.
I must say - I have found my new nail place! I made a 10 AM appointment for this past Saturday and I got there at 945 expecting to wait a few minutes until they opened but the door was open when I got there and they sat me down for my nails immediately! this NEVER happens anywhere in my experience, even when you get there prior to opening. Suki did my nails and she was fantastic. She took her time and did my cuticles before applying the extensions. She shaped them exactly how I wanted them and did the design I wanted perfectly! Once finished, she took the drill underneath the extensions to file away any excess powder buildup which is a huge plus for me because I WILL pick at it if it is left there. My nails took a bit less than an hour for a full set. I got a shoulder massage as well while my nails were drying. Then I sat for a pedicure. Again, the artist took her time and made sure my toenails were clean before going in with polish. When I moved over to the nail dryer, another shoulder massage! Prices were a bit high but the quality of the experience was worth it! I only spent 1.5 hours here and walked away with a full set and pedicure. Can't beat it!
Leo is the best. I love my nails thanks to him. Highly recommend coming here for all your nail needs. Super relaxing.
Noble nails was clean and the staff were professional. Spencer did a great job on my nails. Even though it took quite a while to remove my old nail job and do these she was very patient.
I went on a recommendation. Made an appointment. Was made to wait. When she began it was rushed, she cut my cuticle which made me flinch with the drill bit, drilled over my real nails, pushed the cuticle with metal and not a wood stick, and left gel on my skin by the cuticle which left the skin sore. Linda smiled/giggled and apologized for this mistake. Okay, she was sweet but it was an awful experience. Truthfully, I was a but shaken from the experience. Go at your own risk.
